1. The service
Negatify provides tools to create, edit, preview, and manage software projects using natural-language instructions and AI-assisted features. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable as we maintain and improve the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You must use Negatify lawfully and comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
3. Subscriptions and credits
Negatify offers paid plans as monthly subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorize the payment provider to charge the plan price at the start of each billing period, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep the plan's features and any remaining credits until then. After that your account moves to the Free plan. Switching to a different paid plan starts a new billing period immediately and replaces your previous subscription.
Each successful subscription payment sets your credit balance to the credits included in your plan for that billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance and are subject to a daily usage limit and the other limits shown for the Free plan.
Credits are consumed when you use eligible features, according to the rates displayed by Negatify. Rates, plans, prices and included features may change prospectively. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred or resold unless we expressly allow it.
4. Payments, failed transactions, and refunds
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Credits are granted only after the payment is verified. If a payment is pending or fails, credits may not be available until confirmation. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund terms presented at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Your content and generated output
You retain rights you have in content you submit, to the extent provided by law. You authorize Negatify and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate the service and generate requested output. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your prompts, files, and other content.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or similar to output generated for others. Review and test generated code before deployment, especially for security, privacy, licensing, and production reliability. You are responsible for how you use, publish, and deploy your projects.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Negatify to violate laws or others’ rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade usage or security controls, or submit content you are not authorized to use. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
7. Third-party services
Negatify may integrate with third-party hosting, AI, authentication, storage, or payment services. Those services may have separate terms, availability limits, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services operated independently by third parties.
8. Availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Negatify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You should keep backups of important work and independently verify generated results before relying on them.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Negatify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements, or circumstances that threaten the service or its users. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. Any treatment of unused credits will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of termination.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law. For questions about these terms or your subscription, contact the Negatify team through the support channel provided in the app or on our website.
